    • Life Events Diary and Church Management Workshop

These days we are all used to online banking; online booking and online shopping – so why should running your parish be any different? There are tools to help streamline parish life, whether it is simply to manage your baptisms, weddings and funerals, or to manage your rotas, room bookings and calendars as well. Life Events Diary (LED) Available for free to all Church of England churches, the Life Events Diary is intuitive software designed to help churches with the administration of their Live Events services (their occasional offices). The Life Events Diary works along slide clergy and churches to help build, maintain and strengthen relationships with those for whom their church(es) provides life events services. Previously called the Pastoral Services Diary, the LED will empower you to pastorally care for people through their journey of life. iKnow Moving forward the LED will become part of the iKnow Church package. The newly upgraded LED module will remain free to all Church of England churches, but parishes can upgrade to the full version of iKnow Church and benefit from a range of extra features to help with all their admin needs and pastoral care. Features of iKnow Church include: rota management; calendars; room bookings; statistics; pastoral care tools; address book; sending emails and texts; ticketing; accepting donations online; and meeting planner. Prices start from as little as £13/month for a parish with less than 50 regular adult attendees.
