BCM Worship Spring 2021
BCM Worship Online aims to equip and encourage those who are involved, or who are exploring a calling to become involved in leading worship within their church and community.
Each online session will be led by a passionate advocate and practitioner in that topic. Topics for Worship include planning worship, working in teams, music in worship, intergenerational worship and now also online worship.
Prior to each of the online sessions there will be pre-work on our online training platform Moodle to undertake on the particular topic. This work will take about an hour to complete for each topic and can be done in your own time and at your own pace.
The dates for BCM Worship are: Launch session 23rd Jan in the afternoon, then six one hour online Zoom sessions on Wednesday evenings on 27th Jan, 10th and 24th Feb, 3rd and 17th March, 21st April and a final closing session on 24th April.
Participants need to have the support of their incumbent and PCC to take part. Those who complete the programme and its requirements will be commissioned to their role at the annual Lay Ministries Service at Winchester Cathedral.
