Bishops license ten new Licensed Lay Ministers

On Saturday 10 October 2015 the Right Reverend Tim Dakin, Bishop of Winchester, the Right Reverend David Williams, Bishop of Basingstoke and the Right Reverend Jonathan Frost, Bishop of Southampton, were delighted to licence ten new Licensed Lay Ministers (LLM) to the Diocese, at a joyful service in Winchester Cathedral.
