- To give women clergy an opportunity to come together, worship together, network with one another and have conversations with women in a variety of more senior roles
- To encourage women to consider where God may be calling them – now or in the future – and to enlighten them about the breadth and range of potential ministries available
- To encourage women to have confidence in themselves and their potential
There will be addresses from our keynote speakers, a welcome by the Dean of Portsmouth Cathedral, the Very Revd David Brindley and opportunities to speak informally to women who hold diocesan roles, are Archdeacons, are involved in theological education and chaplaincies, are Rectors of larger churches and much more.
