Mr Andrew Robinson, Diocesan Secretary & Chief Executive

As Diocesan Secretary, Andrew shares in the leadership and policy formation of the Diocese. A member of the Bishop's Staff, Andrew has a key strategic role in the Diocese, advising on policy, procedure, finances and resources.

As the Chief Executive of the DBF, Andrew has leadership and managerial oversight for all the staff employed by the Board across the various departments and in the wider Diocese, and is responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of agreed Diocesan policy, the efficient and effective administration of the organisation and the management of its finances.

As Secretary to the Diocesan Synod, Andrew is responsible for ensuring the effective running of all the Boards, Councils and Committees of the Diocese and ensuring that the decisions made by the various bodies are implemented, making best use of the resources available.

Christine Williams

Mrs Christine Williams, PA to the Diocesan Secretary
Christine works closely with Andrew, assisting him in carrying out all his many duties. Working with the Deputy Diocesan Secretary, Christine is also responsible on a daily basis for all matters relating to personnel within the Diocesan Office, including induction and training.
